  Exchanges

All clothing items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase and will be issued as store credit only. Clothing must be in unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

 

To begin the process of your exchange, contact iamduskboutique@gmail.com with your order #.

 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs if a customer chooses to exchange their item. However, we will cover the shipping cost for the new replacement item.

Cancellation Policy – All orders are processed immediately after being placed. For this reason, we are unable to cancel orders once production has begun or after they have shipped. We appreciate your understanding.
