Shipping policy

Shipping- On average orders can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to be fulfilled. However, it is normal for orders to surpass this span depending on our stock. Our customer service line iamduskboutique@gmail.com is always available and active Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. 

Please note: All orders placed between December 20 and January 31 may experience delays due to the holiday season. This includes increased order volume, limited supplier and manufacturer hours, holiday shipping carrier slowdowns, and scheduled end-of-year processing closures within our systems.

Remember to please not place last minute orders. Make sure to give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control. As disclosed above, we fulfill the orders on average within the timeframe given and chronologically as received.
